RESTORED at 4:30 P.M ET: We’re glad to report that all services have been restored. We’re sorry for the repeated interruptions over the past few days. We know how frustrating it is to deal with multiple outages in a short period, and we’re grateful for your patience while our team worked to get this resolved. We’re continuing to monitor service closely and will update you if anything changes.
Troubleshooting:
If you’re still having trouble, take a moment to follow the steps below. If your router wasn’t provided by Clearwave, these steps may not apply — reach out to your router’s manufacturer instead.
Business customers:
Contact Clearwave Technical Support at 877-293-2973 or businesstac@clearwavefiber.com.
Residential customers:
1. Unplug your router from power. Wait 2–3 minutes, confirming all the lights on the router are off.
2. Reconnect your router to power.
3. Wait another 2–3 minutes for the router to come back online, confirming the Broadband and Service lights turn solid. While you wait, verify the ethernet cable on the back of the modem is connected to the WAN or Internet port on the router.
4. Once the Broadband and Service lights turn solid, check whether the internet is working correctly.
