Equipment Software Upgrade

We will be performing remote updates on the software for your Clearwave Fiber equipment.

The upgrade will take place during the early morning hours of Thursday, March 19.

This upgrade will take place behind the scenes between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and there is no action you need to take.

During the update, customers will experience two short service disruptions of 5–10 minutes each while equipment reboots after the upgrade.
